Quality documentation and reporting
In accordance with customer requirements and industry standards, we prepare comprehensive quality documentation, including FAIR and PPAP reports.
Advanced quality control
We carry out the inspection process using numerical measuring machines—contact, contact-optical, and optical—capable of measurements with an accuracy of up to 1.4 µm.
FPI Non-Destructive Testing
Quality control also includes FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection), a non-destructive testing (NDT) method used to detect surface defects and discontinuities.
From concept to finished components
The process is conducted under controlled conditions, using certified penetrant testing materials, in accordance with the AMS 2644 aerospace industry standards. As a result, every component that leaves our facility meets the highest standards for safety and operational reliability.
