Passivation, welding, and specialized skill development
Passivation in accordance with SAE AMS 2700
We perform passivation of stainless steel components in accordance with the SAE AMS 2700 standard. This process enhances the corrosion resistance of the components and enables us to meet the quality requirements set by customers in industries with high technical standards (standard parts: ST…, MS…).
Technological capabilities and process development
We perform passivation on components with maximum dimensions of 400 × 600 × 300 mm. We continue to invest in the development of specialized processes, and in 2027 we plan to achieve NADCAP certification for this process.
TIG Welding implementation
We are developing expertise in manual TIG welding of stainless steels and nickel alloys. The welding process is carried out in full compliance with aerospace industry standards and includes initial qualification at Pratt & Whitney.
